Ahh ok, so are you running with a front mounted throttle body? I would be tempted to start trimming the vents with a dremel until they clear the IC, if the bumper fits there must be room for em

I have had to chop two of the bumper supports off, the ones where the center section clip into!!!!!
Having a look at getting some square weave the same as the grill!!!!!

Mesh would be nice if you find some to match, or chop up the stock grill to make a frame and make it mesh too

Hmm not sure about that
If you mean our S4 its going fine, it had the optional 6speed fitted which seems fairly reliable, has about 300k miles on it now.
